Message from the CEO

VeBuIn is a startup IT company founded in 2015.
The company name is a unique word created from our management philosophy (mission), “We Build Innovation for Better Society.”

The reason behind this management philosophy is as follows.

“IT is not an end goal, but only a means to do something.”
At the same time, IT is a powerful tool, and if used properly, it can become a driving force for improving society.
“We cannot have ‘low-level staff’ in our company. We want to be a company, where all of the system engineers on the front lines think seriously about our client’s businesses and contributions to society, and act seriously.”

This philosophy cannot be realized overnight.

All of our system engineers are from India, and those who come to Japan need to study Japanese and deepen their understanding of client business, while also keeping up with the ever-evolving IT technology trends. Furthermore, we must ensure that our highly trained members function as a team, not as individuals.

Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO),
Co-Founder
Rajendra Parmar

Born in Gujarat, India in 1984.

Graduated from Government Engineering College in 2008.
In 2010, he came to Japan as a system engineer.
Founded VeBuIn Co., Ltd. in 2015.

Message from the COO

Our strength lies in the technical capabilities and supply capabilities of Indian IT human resources.

Being an IT engineer is a popular profession in India, and there are many places to study.

Our engineers also have a thorough knowledge of basic IT theory at university, so they have a wide range of skills and can easily keep up with the latest technology. Even if it becomes necessary to learn new techniques due to client needs, in most cases it can be put into practice within one to two weeks. In addition, the members coming to Japan are full stack engineers who can handle both front-end and back-end, which makes it possible to execute projects with a small number of talented people.

In terms of human resources, having a development base in India makes it possible to immediately secure human resources with the necessary technical skills. We believe that this is another strength that Japanese IT companies do not have.

The skills that we are currently focusing to improve are communication and management skills.

Message from the CMO

When I left Right-On, where I had worked for a long time since graduating from university, I set my next theme: “Creating Tomorrow.”

The word “tomorrow” is written as “bright day,” but when I thought about what is needed to create a bright future, I came to the conclusion that the two elements needed in modern Japanese society are “IT” and “Education,” and decided to tackle this ambitious theme.

Since our company’s establishment our main focus has been on “contracted development business.”

Fortunately, in the contracted development business, the cases in which people choose us when compared with super major IT companies are increasing. In the past, individuality in project execution was an issue, but a system is now in place to ensure stable delivery times and quality no matter which manager is in charge, and we are now in a phase where we can expand horizontally and expand projects.

We will also actively engage in the “product business” by leveraging our strength in IT technology.
