[Service name change announcement] “SmartFlow” has changed to “Jugaad”

Background to the service name change
“Jugaad” is a no-code cloud-based workflow system that anyone can use easily. It streamlines internal decision-making, application, and approval processes and makes them visible. There is also a smartphone app, and it can easily link with external services such as groupware, enabling more advanced application and approval processes. The aim is to improve the environment for all workers through digital transformation, and it is a trusted business improvement platform that has already been introduced to over 3,000 companies.
Currently, many companies are faced with an increasing number of requirements to comply with laws and regulations, and the procedures for ensuring compliance are becoming more complex. In addition, due to the declining birthrate and aging population, the labor market environment makes it difficult to recruit as smoothly as before. Under these circumstances, Jugaad aims to contribute to the efficiency and automation of business operations and the assurance of compliance for our client companies by proactively utilizing cutting-edge IT technologies such as AI, based on a thorough understanding of Japanese legal requirements and basic business processes.
Given this background, we have decided to change the name of this service to “Jugaad” in order to advance our brand to a new stage.
