“MONJU” is a cloud-based brand communication system that aims to realize optimal communication for each customer based on brand understanding.
By integrating customers without barriers between online and offline, and analyzing, visualizing, and grasping the level of brand understanding on the three axes of “I like the product,” “It fits my lifestyle,” and “I sympathize with the brand vision,” we aim to develop consistent communication at all touchpoints and improve understanding and support from customers.
These methods incorporate the branding knowledge cultivated over many years at Nakagawa Masachi Shoten.
The main customers are expected to be manufacturers and brands that have their own e-commerce sites, such as brands that also operate e-commerce mainly in physical stores.
