Event Rules & Regulation
Event -Day Rules
- Problem statements will be provided at the beginning of the Hackathon.
- Access to the event platform or workspace will be withdrawn immediately after teams submit their final presentations or deliverables.
- Participants must adhere to the schedule provided.
- Late submissions or failure to meet deadlines will result in disqualification.
- All participants must carry valid student IDs and/or the event confirmation email.
Conduct Rules
- Participants must behave professionally, respecting fellow participants, mentors, judges, and organizers.
- Misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate eviction.
- All submissions must be original and created during the Hackathon.
- Plagiarism or use of pre-existing code will result in disqualification.
- Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding problem statements, solutions, and any sensitive information shared during the event.
Technical Rules
- Teams must work on the assigned problem statements provided at the start of the event.
- There may be restrictions on the use of specific technologies or tools, as communicated before the event.
- The code developed during the event remains the intellectual property of the organizers, but the team may showcase it for non-commercial purposes.
- Each team must bring their own laptops, preferably with high configurations suitable for development work and ensure software is pre-installed and functional before the event.

About the Hackathon

Whether you’re a developer or designer, this is your chance to showcase your skills, network with industry leaders, and bring your ideas to life.
General Rules and guidelines
- Participants must be students from the designated academic institution or meet the eligibility criteria outlined for the event.
- Participation is open only to 2nd-year and onward students from Computer Science (CS) and Information Technology (IT) backgrounds.
- Only students are allowed; professionals are strictly prohibited from participating.
- All participants must register before the deadline to be eligible to compete.
- A team can have a minimum and a maximum of 5 members. Individual participation are not allowed (as specified).
- Only one team member should submit the registration form on behalf of the entire team.
- Teams must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- A participation agreement must be signed, outlining terms of conduct, intellectual property rights, and data confidentiality.
