VeBuIn is a startup IT company founded in 2015.
The company name is a unique word created from our management philosophy (mission), “We Build Innovation for Better Society.”

The reason behind this management philosophy is as follows.

“IT is not an end, but only a means to do something.” “
At the same time, IT is a powerful tool, and if used properly, it can become a driving force for improving society.
” There should be no “terminal staff”. We want to build a company where all system engineers on the front lines think seriously about our clients’ businesses and contribute to society, and act seriously.”

This philosophy cannot be realized overnight.

All of our system engineers are from India, and those who come to Japan need to study Japanese and deepen their understanding of client business, while also keeping up with the ever-evolving IT technology trends. Furthermore, she must make her highly trained members function as a team rather than as individuals.

Fortunately, we have been blessed with wonderful partner (client) companies since our founding. Although we are still incomplete, we are a partner who can support us in the areas we are lacking and work with us to realize the project. We feel that we have been able to acquire solid capabilities by realizing projects that require clear results with the support of our partner companies.

Our company, which started with just five people, has now grown to over 200 people, including those working in India. Dedicating ourselves to the success of our partner (client) companies leads to our growth, and as we grow, bigger projects become possible.

This cycle never ends.
