A “Scrum team” executes Scrum development, and the role of each member and their interaction are the keys to success. Scrum is originally a rugby term, and a scrum team has many similarities to the behavior of a rugby team.

What a Scrum Team Should be Like

· Full Participation

Rather than separating those who think and those who do, we all think and act together. With the spirit of “All for One, One for All,” we aim for team victory (achieving the project) while allocating roles that take advantage of the strengths of our members and supporting each other.

· Diversity

By having different specialized knowledge and skills, team members have a wide range of problem-solving and idea-providing capabilities, and we will assign members who have the skills and knowledge necessary to realize the project.

· Commitment

The entire team is committed to a common goal and works together to achieve it. All employees are required to be professionals and have a strong commitment to achieving results.

Key Roles of The Scrum Team

· Responsibilities :

Have a vision for the product and organize and manage the product backlog (list of requirements) in priority order.

It’s about communicating with stakeholders, clarifying requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring alignment with your team.

2. Scrum Master
