Message from the COO

Our strength lies in the technical capabilities and supply capabilities of Indian IT human resources.

Being an IT engineer is a popular profession in India, and there are many places to study.

Our engineers also have a thorough knowledge of basic IT theory at university, so they have a wide range of skills and can easily keep up with the latest technology. Even if it becomes necessary to learn new techniques due to client needs, in most cases it can be put into practice within one to two weeks.  Additionally, the members coming to Japan are full-stack engineers who can handle both front-end and back-end, which makes it possible to execute projects with a small number of talented people.

In terms of human resources, having a development base in India makes it possible to immediately secure human resources with the necessary technical skills. We believe that this is another strength that Japanese IT companies do not have.

The skills I am currently focusing on honing are communication and management skills.

Regarding communication, we believe that a clear understanding of the client’s concerns and issues is an essential element in project execution. Especially in Japan, there are many customers who are not good at IT, so there are many cases where they want to leave the IT aspects to us. We must have the same sense of mission as the staff at client companies and be able to lead from the IT side. To achieve this, we believe that it is necessary to not only speak Japanese, but also deepen our understanding of our clients’ businesses and operations.

In terms of management, the biggest challenge is how to overcome the difficulty of collaboration between members who are located in separate locations between Japan and India. In order to overcome this issue, we are promoting the following three points: (1) establishing a human resources system, (2) instilling corporate culture, and (3) establishing project management operations using Scrum.

In offshore development, although the unit price is low, there are many cases where issues arise with quality and delivery times. We would like to become an IT company that is trusted by our customers by taking advantage of the advantages of our hybrid base in Japan and India and improving our communication and management skills.
