Power to realize one-stop service

We aim to maximize the level of service we provide to our customers through advanced IT talent in India, hybrid development between India and Japan, and a consistent development process.

1.Highly skilled IT human resources in India

All of our system engineers are highly skilled IT professionals who majored in IT at universities in India.

By mastering the basic theory, all developers have sufficient literacy from front-end and back-end to infrastructure, and there are also many full-stack engineers.

Because each person has a wide range of technical coverage, there is no need to increase staff each time to meet detailed technical needs, and projects can be executed by a small number of talented people. It is also possible to catch up with new technologies in a short period of time.

Indian system engineers are highly inquisitive about the latest technology and are always taking on new challenges. New technology has the effect of increasing development productivity, and the pursuit of technology has led to the company’s continuous improvement of service levels.

2. Hybrid development system

Our company has built a hybrid development system with our head office in Japan and a development base in India.
By executing projects by taking advantage of the characteristics of each location, and by hiring and training in India, where there is an abundance of IT talent, we have secured a personnel structure that can execute all projects in one place.

3. Consistent development process

Our company executes system development projects using a combination of design thinking, lean startup, and Scrum development, which is a type of agile development. First, we listen to the customer’s needs and problems, and then make suggestions to solve the problem.

What we can do as an IT vendor

We believe that IT is a means, and the purpose is to develop the business of our client companies and reform internal operations. In order to realize our true objectives, we need to proactively support our clients from an IT perspective. We make proposals and work diligently on projects so that we can earn your trust as a “partner.”

1. Problems with multiple subcontracting structures

Many IT companies adopt a multi-subcontracting structure in order to prepare the personnel structure (quantity x quality) necessary for a project. This is thought to occur because a variety of technologies/know-how are required when executing a project, and the company itself cannot secure the necessary engineers.

Under a multi-subcontracting structure, the speed of projects slows down dramatically, which tends to lead to higher costs and lower quality.

2. Disadvantages of vendor lock-in

“Vendor lock-in” is a phenomenon in which user companies and government agencies rely on IT vendors for everything from system development to operation and maintenance, resulting in a fixed relationship between both parties.
The reason behind this problem is that user companies become completely dependent on IT vendors and lose their price negotiation power.
If an IT vendor offers a high price, the user company may be at a disadvantage in price negotiations. In addition, IT vendors build systems with proprietary specifications to prevent switching to other companies, and by locking in systems, the quality and usability of the systems are sacrificed. These may hinder the digital transformation (DX) of Japanese companies.

3. Stance towards client companies

IT systems require a considerable amount of time to develop and are used continuously for periods ranging from several years to over 10 years.
In order to ensure that the system does not become a hindrance to the growth of our customers, we will continue to take on technological challenges and strive to provide proposals that are more in line with our customers.
